Understanding User-Configuration Relationships

It's important to note that a unique user ID might have multiple preference data objects associated under different configurations. For example, User ID A may have submitted preferences under Widget A of Configuration X and preferences under Widgets B and C of Configuration Y. In such cases, our Analytics considers this user ID as a single unique user ID, but counts a total of three preference objects. The detailed statistics will properly allocate this user ID to both Configuration X (1 user ID / 1 preference) and Configuration Y (1 user ID / 2 preferences).

These analytics insights empower you to comprehensively assess the performance and engagement of your Configurations and Preference Centers, facilitating data-driven decision-making for enhanced user experiences.
