UI customization

The Styling tab, available on the Preference Center configuration page, offers a range of customizable parameters to tailor the visual appearance of the end user Preference Center. These parameters enable you to create a unique and cohesive look and feel for your Preference Center. The following customization options are available:

Preference Center Styling:

  1. Custom Logo: You can specify a custom URL for the logo to be displayed on the Preference Center. Additionally, provide an ALT property text for this logo to enhance accessibility. Furthermore, the logo can be made clickable, enabling users to navigate to a specified page when clicked.

  2. Font Styling: Define the font family, size, and color of the texts used for the Preference Center Title and Description. This enables you to align the presentation with your brand guidelines.

  3. Background Color: The top part of the page in the Preference Center can be personalized by selecting a specific background color that complements your design.

Widgets Styling:

  1. Text Styling: The appearance of Widget elements, including Widget Title, Widget Description, Preference Topics, and Options, can be customized with font family, size, and color adjustments.

  2. Highlighted Elements: You can define colors for highlighted elements within the widget, such as the Submit button, as well as the line that frames the widget.

  3. Widget and Button Shape: The shape of the widget and buttons can be configured to match your desired style.

  4. Shadow Effect: The option to turn on/off shadow effects for widgets is available, enabling you to control the visual impact.

It is important to note that the customizations not only impact the Preference Center, but also extend to other end user facing elements. For example, the Authentication email template and the Email Prompt screen used in the Authentication via Email feature will also reflect the logo replacement and adopt the new color scheme, ensuring consistent user experience.

With these comprehensive customization options, you can create a visually appealing and brand-consistent Preference Center, elevating the user experience and engagement.
