Logs¶
Feature availability
Logging for Usercentrics Server-Side Tracking is available to customers on paid tiers. The number of days of log history varies based on subscription plan. Check our pricing page for more information.
When you use Usercentrics Server-Side Tracking in combination with Server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) hosting, logs allow you to inspect the data and results of requests reaching the server container, outside of sGTM preview mode.
Common use cases¶
Logs in the context of server-side tagging are typically used to:

Monitor container usage and types of requests reaching it over specific time periods over the past few hours or days

Troubleshoot the setup by identifying error responses along with incoming request data
Reviewing SST logs¶

To access SST logs, you first need to upgrade to a paid subscription tier for the container where you want to view logs.

Select the Logs tab from your container.

Choose the following data to filter the information, and then click Show logs:

Date
-
Time range
-
Log type
-
HTTP status code

Select a request from the list and use the arrow → icon on the right to view the request details.

Explore the request details (Status, Method, Protocol, Duration, Path, Query Parameters, Request Headers, Request, Response Headers) in the side drawer.

Click Download as CSV to get a file with the requests in that list page.
