You can find your unique script tag in your Admin Interface under Installation, found at the bottom of the left side menu.
You will enter your script tag under theme.liquid, in the header section.

No, you will not need to update the script again. You only have to update the script if you enable TCF. In that case, you’ll receive a new script tag.
