## We're hiring

We’re looking for passionate people who want to empower data privacy and help lead the way in transforming the future with us.

## Usercentrics DEI team

We’ve established a dedicated DEI team. Our volunteer members come from across the company and a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We work to actively shape our culture by creating structured learning opportunities and by integrating our values into our daily routines and discussions. We strategize how we can build equity and inclusion into our operations.

We aim to educate our teams by engaging them, as learning and change only come when people welcome them. We invite our team members to share their lived experiences, showing the diversity of the world and its challenges from familiar sources. We take ownership of specific initiatives to create structure and accountability, helping to ensure progress as we learn, explore, and share how diversity, equity, and inclusion affects and improves our culture.

The need to ensure that every individual feels valued is so prevalent. I firmly believe that awareness is key, and with every step we take within our organization, we can make the world a better place. As the saying goes, “start at home.” By aligning our actions with our beliefs, we can make meaningful impacts and create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

I wanted to build a DEI task force in the company because I know how much good this can do. I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with fairness, respect, and dignity, which requires a truly inclusive workplace. Establishing this task force reflects our commitment to advancing DEI principles, and ensuring that every employee feels valued, heard, and supported.
