Donna shared a variety of experiences in her own career that illustrated the benefits of diverse teams and their results on morale, culture development, and company success. These were interwoven with initiatives that Usercentrics is working on and the importance of a programmatic approach that includes feedback and measurement. These enable the work to evolve in ways that teams and the company need. This involves training and listening, as well as measuring impact at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities to grow. > Another way to approach potential challenges in the present and in the future is through representation.
The more diverse we are at all levels, the more likely we are to develop the skills to create a welcoming workplace and navigate the ways it will need to evolve — Donna Dror, Usercentrics CEO Donna also talked about Usercentrics’ values, how they were developed, and how they are the drivers for DEI work and the goals the team works toward every day. While Usercentrics has a DEI team to spearhead initiatives and coordinate efforts for learning and change, the company values enable everyone to clearly understand their value and that of their contributions, as well as what’s expected of them.
