The OPC investigates complaints, conducts audits, and issues nonbinding recommendations or compliance agreements to correct or prevent violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-text-lg\">If matters proceed to the Federal Court, it may order corrective actions, public disclosures, and award damages.
