Through the BGH ruling of May 28th 2020, absolute clarity has been established: Website operators need explicit user consent in order to use web technologies such as cookies, pixels, etc. for marketing purposes. Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) help website operators to obtain, manage and document user consent. A CMP can be easily implemented via Google Tag Manager. By tuning in to our webinar, you will get a short introduction to Consent Management and the criteria that the GDPR requires for the obtaining of valid consent. In addition, an expert from our implementation partner webalytics will show you how to implement your CMP using the Google Tag Manager in a live demo.
