While we’re growing, we continue to live a startup culture, which means we are adaptive and flexible in our interview processes. However, most of the time you will have three interviews.
In the first two rounds you’ll meet someone from the Talent Acquisition Team, as well as your potential team lead and team members. We want to know who you are, learn about your experience, and see if there is a potential fit for our role. At the same time, we’ll give you first-hand insights into Usercentrics and our culture. In the final interview you’ll meet our C-Level leaders. This one is about your personal and cultural fit with us, and how you feel about how UC fits you, as well as learning more about our vision. This is a great opportunity to ask any remaining questions.
Due to the current pandemic situation, for the time being all interviews will take place via video call. However, if you’re in Munich or near one of our hubs, as public health guidance allows, you are welcome to visit us in the office and get to know us in person.
