WHY JOIN US
Joining Usercentrics means becoming part of a fast-growing, diverse and international team of tech enthusiasts and the entrepreneurially-minded who build our success story together. It means contributing to a positive, collaborative environment that enables everyone to thrive.
We value the diversity of our colleagues and believe that our mission can only be fulfilled with the widest variety of skills, knowledge, perspectives and experiences. At Usercentrics you will meet people from different countries and cultures, speaking multiple languages, with the odd clash of opinions. For us it is extremely important to have all those voices represented and it is a huge benefit for both the company and for the people who work here.
That’s why we believe in hiring ambitious, talented people with varied backgrounds and giving them space and tools to grow with our product, implement their ideas, and make a difference.
Consent is at the core of our business and our culture. We want everyone at Usercentrics to #ComeAsYouAre. Trust is a gift, and we work to establish Usercentrics as a safe space. From there we work to grow and make it an environment where everyone can thrive.
We strive to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. We believe that our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are our greatest strengths — so we are committed to building with them as we foster innovation and drive our success.
We recognize that this is an ongoing journey. We commit to listening and to continuous learning, growth, and improvement. By embracing DEI principles, we will create a more just and equitable society, and we are proud to play our part in making this vision a reality.
We are #BetterTogether.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Everyone is welcome to constructively challenge themselves, their colleagues, and their leaders in a direct and respectful way. Saying no can be as important as saying yes.
We want everyone to feel safe and supported when trying new things, to call out concerns, and to have the confidence to accept failure as part of the journey in becoming our better selves. We are curious and passionate about learning every day.
We are brave because we are open to change and we embrace the growth that it brings. We know that we can adapt while staying true to ourselves and our purpose. We have the determination to think BIG, to blaze new trails, and to make a serious impact.
We value openness and honesty, and we follow our moral compass. We engage on a personal level and put ourselves in each others’ shoes to create a compassionate work environment for all of us.
We take our values seriously, stay true to our purpose, and live our beliefs every day. We take pride in what we do and we are proud of who we are. Each one of us can be a thought leader. We take ownership and responsibility seriously when we act on behalf of Usercentrics.
We are brave because we have the strength to face risks and challenges. We are brave because we welcome and celebrate how they help us evolve. And above all, we are brave because we dare to be our authentic selves.
