Are subdomains included with a domain?

Yes, all subdomains of a domain are included.

Can I show different banners on different websites?

Yes, with the Advanced and Premium Plans you can create multiple banner configurations for multiple domains.

What happens if my website exceeds my plan’s allocated monthly sessions?

If your website exceeds your plan’s allocated monthly sessions for 3 consecutive months, you are eligible for a plan upgrade. We will contact you to discuss an upgrade that meets your needs if you are consistently exceeding your monthly session allocation.

How do I upgrade from the Starter Plan to the Advanced Plan?

To upgrade your plan, reach out to our sales team via sales@usercentrics.com or contact our support team. If you want to upgrade during your 30-day free trial, you can do this directly in the Usercentrics Admin Interface. More information on upgrading during your trial period.

How does the free trial work?

Once you have signed up for your 30-day free trial you will receive an onboarding email with all the information you need to create your account and start setting up the Usercentrics CMP. You have access to all features available in our Starter Plan for 30 days. During your trial or after your trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan directly within the Usercentrics CMP Admin Interface. This way, you can remain privacy-compliant with relevant regulations and don’t risk fines or losing access to your setup and collected data.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you have upgraded to a paid plan during the 30-day trial period, you will continue to seamlessly use Usercentrics’ extensive feature set. If you have not upgraded during the 30-day trial, you can still do so during the 30-day grace period that follows the trial. More information on upgrading your plan.

Am I billed monthly or yearly?

You are billed for your plan on a yearly billing cylce.

What types of payment methods can I use?

We accept payments by credit card, with the details saved on your account.

How does Usercentrics measure sessions?

A session lasts 30 minutes. Each refresh by a user after 30 minutes is counted as a new session.

How can I cancel my plan?

If you would like to cancel your plan, please reach out to our support team. They will give you more information about your contract and when cancellation is possible.

What does volume of users mean?

Average of Daily Active Users (ADAU) across all of your apps integrating the Usercentrics Apps CMP. You may integrate our CMP in unlimited Apps with no extra cost. Please provide an ADAU estimate to a sales agent for a quote.

How do you measure Daily Active Users (DAU)?

We define a Daily Active Users as a unique user who used an app within a given calendar day.
e.g.

A user opens your app once today, they count as 1 DAU today.
A user opens your app 20 times today, they count as 1 DAU today.
A user opens your app once today and 3 times tomorrow, they count as 1 DAU today and 1 DAU tomorrow.
