What if I need more than one Settings ID?
The standard plan includes a single Settings ID. You can include as many apps as needed if you use the same CMP settings. Usercentrics will be adding more options in upcoming plans. In the meantime, should you need multiple Settings IDs, please contact email@example.com.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the request.
What happens if the monthly average Daily Active Users of my app exceeds the quota included in the plan?
If you exceed the monthly average DAU, an extra fee is charged for every additional 1000 Daily Active Users.
I need a plan with a higher number of Daily Active Users. How can I increase that?
