By means of a user-friendly, configurable dialogue and workflow system, Munich Re’s Data Risk Intelligence classifies the data processed in a business process of a company step by step, compares the data processing with the applicable legal requirements and documents the processes. The software then uses the information provided to generate all the legally required documents, such as the records of processing activities, a data protection agreement and a privacy policy that can be implemented on a companies website. This feature could be combined with the dynamically generated privacy policy that is provided by Usercentrics to enhance the information provided to customers for their legally required documentation.
