Interaction Analytics
It’s the most powerful consent management platform analytics available, and we’re putting it in your hands. (You might want to put on some racing gloves.)
You asked, we listened, and now you can go from data to insights to actions faster. Or dive deeper, depending on your needs. Determine the best ways to manage everything from different countries to different device types. Decide on the best ways to iterate to optimize your CMP. Interaction Analytics will be rolling out over the next few days, so if you don’t have it yet, don’t worry, it’s coming!
The Interaction Analytics dashboards are now in three sections, from the broadest to most granular analysis. Understand differences between consent and interaction analytics, and why they matter. Find out what custom interactions say about your users’ behavior.
The User Interaction section shows you Interactions vs. Ignores, as well as the Daily Interaction Rate. Quickly detect if there has been any unusual change with your site or the CMP.
Displays vs. Interactions helps you interpret the Interaction Rate. Are rates in line with expectations? What’s the cause and effect of optimizations you’ve implemented?
The User Acceptance section shows you data from users to whom the CMP has been displayed, and who have had at least one interaction.
We’ve also made accessing your raw data and enabling you to use it however you want more straightforward, and we’ve got all the guides and documentation you need to get up to speed fast.

A/B Testing Support in CMP v2
As we highlighted in last month’s newsletter, we have amazing A/B testing tools available through several of our partners, and we highly recommend checking those out.
However, there are some customers who, for certain reasons, can’t adopt those tools. We didn’t want them to feel left out — after all, everyone deserves quality, timely data to make smart decisions. So to help them bridge the gap, we’ve introduced a basic A/B testing feature in our CMP v2. It will enable elementary variant splitting and provide some data to enable preliminary insights. If this sounds interesting, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team for assistance in activating it.
